Summer Sound Bath at Edwards Greenhouse:
Spring/Summer Sound Baths are held in the Legacy Garden (north side of property) under the gazebo on Saturday evenings at 7pm.
Experience Edwards Greenhouse like never before through the experience of Sound Healing! Your Sound Bath begins by bringing your awareness to your breath to find a breathing pattern that serves you. You will then be guided through some gentle movements to awaken the energies within and to release any stagnation within the body. You will then be guided into a meditative state of total relaxation! Once you find stillness within the body and mind you will be lead on an energetic journey through the sounds of the Singing Bowls, Sand Drums and Chimes. You will come out of the Sound Bath feeling more connected to the energy that you are and those energies surrounding you! Every Sound Bath is Unique in its offerings and are guided by the one and only Jason Allen Carr! Your experience will be greatly enhanced as you marinate in and absorb the energy, in the environment, that IS Edwards Greenhouse!
