Anytime you call the greenhouse you will most likely talk with one of our multitasking secretaries, Christi or Cathy. If they’re not answering the phones, they are taking care of invoices, bills, signs, publications, and all the other paperwork that goes into a business. They also handle accounts payable and receivable and can help you set up an account or add you to the newsletter mailing list.
The office is also comprised of our advertising director Kathleen Sanders, who also designs our seasonal newsletter, full of articles on new trends, tips, stories, and more.
We also have a part time media specialist, Erin Monnie who is also a full time student at BSU. Throughout the year she keeps the website updated, works with media files, helps with publications and currently is working on a documentary for the 75th Anniversary.
The office is also responsible for donations and advertising requests. The advertising committee meets once a month to review requests, so it’s a good idea to put your requests in well in advance.
